TR Construction was founded in 2012 with a simple yet powerful mission — to bring world-class construction quality to every homeowner in Bangalore. What began as a small team of passionate builders has grown into one of the city's most trusted residential construction companies.
Over the past 12+ years, we have successfully delivered over 250 projects, ranging from compact family homes to sprawling luxury villas across Bangalore. Our commitment to quality, transparency, and timely delivery has earned us the trust of 500+ satisfied families.
We believe every family deserves a home built with precision, care, and integrity. That is the TR Construction promise — not just a house, but a home that lasts generations.
We never compromise on material quality. Every brick, bar of steel, and finishing element is sourced from India's top brands, ensuring your home stands the test of time.
No hidden costs, no surprise bills. Our contracts are detailed, clear, and fair. You know exactly what you're paying for at every stage of construction.
We respect your time. Our projects are delivered on schedule — and if we delay, we compensate you with a daily penalty. That's our commitment.
Your vision is our blueprint. We listen carefully, communicate regularly, and make sure every decision reflects your preferences and requirements.
Our job doesn't end at handover. We back every project with comprehensive warranties — 15 years structural, 10 years waterproofing, 1 year free maintenance.
We incorporate energy-efficient designs, eco-friendly materials, and green building practices wherever possible to create homes that are good for you and the planet.
